Reports built for the people who push back on them.

Heavy Equipment Appraisal™ holds the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) designation, the NEBB Institute credential for machinery and equipment valuation – held by fewer than 7% of U.S. equipment appraisers.

It is the reason our Fair Market Value and Orderly Liquidation Value conclusions hold: every figure is built from auction comps, condition adjustments, and documented depreciation and obsolescence, then signed under USPAP by the appraiser who did the work.

NEBB Institute CMEA designation badge awarded to Rhett Crites, a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser. This designation confirms USPAP compliance, ethics training, and peer-reviewed machinery valuation standards.
Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA) badge for Rhett Crites, signifying professional certification in heavy equipment and personal property appraisal by North America's largest appraisal society.
Official Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) logo, representing compliant appraisal reports for SBA lenders, courts, and insurance carriers.
Internal Revenue Service logo representing IRS-Qualified equipment appraisal services for federal tax reporting, estate valuations, and charitable equipment donations.

Appraisals that Close Loans, Survive SBA Review, and Hit Impossible Deadlines.

01 · E-Z EXCAVATING, INC.

Frederick, CO · SBA 7(a) collateral · Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF)

SBA 7(a) collateral, 100+ unit excavation fleet. The SBA had rejected a prior desktop review. We delivered a rush on-site report and the loan closed before month-end. The report later survived a banker reference-check against a prior Ritchie Bros. valuation.

02 · CLAYSTONE CONSTRUCTION

Fort Lupton, CO · Refinance · IberiaBank

62-machine refinance for IberiaBank. When the SBA reviewer required documented on-site scope and Orderly Liquidation Values, we issued the OLV addendum without restarting the engagement.

Machinery and Heavy Equipment We Appraise

Excavators, bulldozers, cranes, skid steers, dump trucks, semi-trucks and trailers, forklifts, tractors and farm equipment, and oilfield equipment.

Single machines to 400+ unit fleets.

If it is heavy equipment or machinery, we value it. We do not appraise real estate, aircraft, livestock, or fine art.

Heavy equipment only, and that focus is why the reports hold up.
